RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Keep customer records updated and accurate.
- Support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in developing and improving customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred and highly valued).
- Interest in business, admin, or customer service (experience is great but not required).
- A calm, professional approach in high-pressure situations.
- Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.

Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
